Even though the Saatva mattress we bought did not work out for us, I can't say enough good things about their customer service from start to finish. I called customer service to start a return of the Prescription Mattress (I have many spine and back issues). There were no questions asked and a pick up was happily scheduled. During this call I was told a full refund would be issued minus the $99 return fee. I was already aware of this fee so it wasn’t a problem for me. On the day of pickup we took off the mattress pad cover and noticed the side of the mattress was bulging in one spot, like a few springs had popped out. After seeing this bulge maybe that’s why my side was uncomfortable?? My husband’s side didn’t have this. I decided to ask if the $99 fee could be refunded since it seems the mattress had a defect. All customer service requested was a few pictures of the spot that may be defective and upon review imediately refunded the fee. We received an email notification within the hour. Even our delivery drivers from an independent company, (same gentlemen that dropped off the purchase picked it up), told me they recently purchased a Saatva for their homes. They also said it’s very rare they have a pickup from this brand, they mentioned a few other companies that get MANY returns:) In the end we decided to get a mattress locally from a different brand, we needed a bed ASAP, but I would certainly buy from Saatva again in the future. I will also share this positive experience with anyone looking for a company that stands behind their product.

The bed was made well, and the customer service was great. We purchased the bed online without trying it first. Unfortunately, it wasn't exactly what we needed. We prefer a very soft mattress, and although the bed was well constructed and comfortable, we had to send it back. Throughout the entire process, everyone was very polite and helpful. I can’t recall the last time I dealt with a company that cared this much about customer service. We had tried two other beds before, and neither return nor service came close to this level. Plus, the other brands were much more well-known and costlier. I'm sure most people won't need to return their mattress. As I mentioned, it was well made and comfortable. We just didn’t realize we needed something more specific like an orthopedic bed.

This compny is really good

This compny is really good at solving people's problems with finding a reliable matress. I spent 1200.00 $$$ on a Simons Beautyrest, just to find out the company I bought it from didn't wanna honor the Warranty! The compny was Raymour And Scamagan! I think I found a "real compny" who actually cares about the product they sold me. I am sleeping GREAT on their FIRM Classic that I bought on sale. Need I say good customer service is "priceless" and lowers my anxiety related to matress purchasing. I think I spent these matress dollars wisely and bought into a great compny with a great vision for helping people sleep better! Now, that is a GREAT thing! Good work Saatva! Ben from Stratford, Ct.

Our daughter bought a King Luxury Firm bed and was very happy with it! We then got a Queen size, but it was too firm for us. Saatva swapped it for their Plush model, only charging $99 for pickup and delivery. We are content with this 14.5" mattress and 4.75" base. During the whole process, we interacted with the most helpful people of any purchase we've made in our 47 years together! They were all very polite and truly concerned with our complete satisfaction. Notable individuals who really stood out are Denise from the Paramus store, and Lavie, Shanna, and Tristen from Customer Service. Overall, a great American company to work with!

Christine assisted us by first updating my older account order and then providing my sister with options for purchasing her first Saatva mattress. She was warm, caring, and an absolute professional. She addressed all of our inquiries with patience and expertise. My sister had reservations about the cost, but Christine encouraged us to have a conversation and call back. We did just that, and it felt like working with a beloved family member. We both felt extremely satisfied with the final order and truly enjoyed the experience of working with Christine.

The company's customer service responds promptly. Every agent I've interacted with, including Chanel S., Jennifer B., and the recent email, has provided better service than any other company I've dealt with. I mentioned Saatva to my Physical Therapist because he mentioned needing a new mattress. I'll share this company's information with friends and family. I'll definitely order again.

Bought a mattress for 1400

Bought a mattress for 1400 bucks. Sent it back after 5 months 'cause it wasn't as firm as promised. Been waiting for my refund for 3 months now. Got 2 messages saying the check's on its way, one in December 2023 and another in March 2024. Gave 'em my address again, but still no check. They say they've sent another one. Fed up with waiting, gonna report 'em to the Better Business Bureau. Don't trust 'em too much, folks. Lost my mattress and my cash. Be careful when dealin' with this company.
