So far my experience with RockHer has been nearly perfect. Not only am I getting a diamond and band that is of good quality... but getting it at a much better price than a local realtor. The service provided has been excellent. I knew mostly what I wanted going into my search but having an expert (in my case Michele) walk through the finer details made for a much more comfortable buying experience. She was professional yet very friendly and quickly provided everything I was looking for, including the GIA reports on all the diamonds I was interested in. Even after purchase, she has been a great help, ensuring that I placed my order exactly as I wanted (you can never have too many sets of eyes looking over your most important purchases!). I'll update this review after I receive the ring I have ordered... but so far, it seems this is by far and away, the best place to buy from!

First of all, she absolutely loves the ring! You can clearly see it's not just mass-produced. It shows quality and she likes it. When I showed her the RockHer website and process she really liked it!!!). I also wanna compliment the customer service team for good communication and helping me during the nerve-racking decision of buying a ring online. I used my own diamond and the process was seamles! They even provided insured overnight shipping each way so I didn't have to worry about getting the diamond to them. Overall a great experience.

My experience with Rockher has been absolutely the worst - undoubtedly the most unsatisfactory encounter I've had with any merchant. We purchased two oval diamonds from different merchants before our engagement, and while one proved to be cooperative and customer-friendly, Rockher has been nothing short of a nightmare. Attempting to return a product has become a convoluted ordeal with Rockher. Despite diligently adhering to their "return department's" instructions, which incidentally seems to operate under various questionable aliases like Caroline Rockher and Michael Rockher, my efforts have been met with blatant refusal and an unjustified withholding of nearly $6,000. Their rejection revolves around the absurd claim that I failed to comply with their return policy due to reusing the original shipping box - a practice I had previously executed with another merchant without issue. To compound matters, Rockher's communication tactics are dubious, with emails originating from different names and signatures. The return department allegedly approved my return, only to later insist that the diamond was not included in the package, providing no substantiating evidence. Requests for the promised video footage of the purported opening of the package on camera and details of FedEx's investigation have been met with uncooperative silence. What's more, Rockher has the audacity to shift blame onto me for meticulously following their return instructions, issued via email. When confronted about the lack of clarity in their policy, which is conspicuously absent from their linked "shipping & returns" page, they dismissively admitted ignorance of California regulations. Despite being made aware of their legal shortcomings, they callously rejected my refund, leaving me no choice but to engage my credit card company and a consumer protection lawyer in a battle against Rockher. I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this company at all costs. Their disregard for integrity, customer satisfaction, and compliance with regulations is reprehensible, and I firmly believe their operation poses a significant risk to consumers.

Stunning Custom Ring with Excellent Service

I had a ring custom made by RockHer. I did have to nudge them for a response when I first reached out, but after that, they were very responsive throughout the entire process. I did some research prior, comparing them to a few other companies. The biggest reason I chose them is I'd seen a unique design on their social media page and I figured if I wanted it done right, go straight to the source. John worked with me to tweak their original design to make it my own! Pricing was great (I chose a 2.57 carat IF diamond!) & I got updates when my diamond was on its way. Keep in mind, their diamonds typically come from overseas and they have no control over how long this part takes - this is where patience comes into play. It took a few weeks to get it, but when it shipped, it arrived the very next day. And when I opened that box, all my anxiety immediately disappeared. My ring is, simply put, a complete showstopper. It's STUNNING. The RockHer team executed EXACTLY what I envisioned for my upgraded engagement ring and I am thrilled with the finished product. Someone mentioned a 'deep fake' video they send out after you place your order. I did get this video, and deep fake or not, I thought it was a nice touch! They ended up loving my custom design so much that they made it permanent and even named it after me. Flattering on one hand, but on the other, I'm not crazy about everyone and their mother having my 'unique' ring, LOL. Overall, I had a great experience. Just go in with the knowledge that there is the possibility of a wait time, and you will be fine!

From start to finish, the whole process was really good. We felt nervous buying a costly natural diamond online, but glad we did it. It was cheaper than a jeweler by quite a lot, but buying online still made us worried. We followed our gut and did a lot of research—LOTS of positive reviews 4.9 or 5/5 online. That helped us decide to go for it. THEY ARE COMPLETELY PROFESSIONAL and RELIABLE! I sent the diamond to a third-party grading place after it came for insurance, and the diamond was worth way more than what we paid!! Very happy about that!! VERY happy with the whole thing. John is the BEST. Communication all through was excellent. Ring and diamond got here on time like we needed! Thanks for that!! I’d give them 6 stars if I could. REALLY recommend this company. YOU CAN TRUST THEM to take care of you. P.S. Romeo was great too!! Don’t think twice about using these guys. A+ service nowadays when B- service is common.

Rock Her is an amazing place for engagement rings!!! I loved Rosi, the A.I., where you set your budget and filter preferences, and it shows you rings within that price range. You can also choose to create your own ring if you like. The staff, including Shawn, Teresa, and Isaac, were there to assist me the whole time! Whenever I had any questions about the ring, Shawn and Teresa were quick to respond to my emails or return my calls in minutes. Isaac was great at guiding me through the payment process! The ring was shipped out and I received it the next day!! It's stunning, with the engraving I requested!! Can't wait to share the pictures!! I'll definitely return here for our wedding bands and other jewelry in the future!!! Rock her is the best!!! Thank you!!!!

The ring I got from Kay was beautiful

The ring I got from Kay was beautiful like my original one, but the diamond kept falling off. So, I upgraded it from Kay, but it wasn't as special as my first ring. It was a very thin solitaire ring and didn't match my wedding band. Over time, I realized the difference in thickness, but missed the elegant cathedral look of my original ring. I searched and found Rockher offering a similar ring. It looked just like my first ring without the halo. I think the halo was why my diamond fell off. I got my diamond set on Rockher's ring with the cathedral look and got it on time. It's basically the same design, slightly thinner than the original but thicker than my second ring. It brought back that attachment feeling. I'm very happy with my ring!

I had a great time with Rockher. I first bought a stone from another company and returned it to get a larger one, hoping they'd help me with a new order. Their response was poor, and even though I was ready to spend more, they never contacted me back. (Friendly diamonds isn't as friendly as they seem.) Rockher gave me a much better experience. From the start, their communication was much better than their rivals and my ring is fantastic. It was a bit large when it arrived, but they quickly sent a shipping label for resizing. I sent it back and got it in just 3 days. Rockher is highly recommended for their wide range of quality diamonds, great settings, and unbeatable prices. They surpass all my hopes.

Usually, I only write when the service is really bad. But this time, I had to give 5 stars. I have never seen such a great service like rockher. It’s amazing how quick and helpfull sean and his team were. They changed and fixed the ring exactly how I wanted. They made the perfect ring in just a few days. Since it was a last minute thing, they even went to the airport and gave it to a friend of mine who was flying to europe, so I could get it on time. No extra cost. No questions asked. I am so happy about this service that the least I can do is give a 5 stars review, just to thank sean and his team for the amazing work and help! The ring is beautiful, she loved it and she said yes! Thanks a lot!

To begin with, she realy likes the ring! You can see right away it's not just some factory piece. It looks really well made and she noticed that too. When I pulled up the RockHer site and walked her through how it all works, she was very into it!!!). Also want to say thanks to the support team – they were easy to talk to and made the whole online ring thing less stressful. I brought my own diamond and it went smooth from start to finish. They even took care of secure overnight shipping both ways, which made things alot easier. All in all, a great time.

First and foremost the customer service was outstanding. They are very caring and understand how stressful ring shopping is. They took the time to answer all of my questions and guided me every step of the way. Upon receiving the diamond ring, I was blown away by how stunning it looked. Was not disappointed what so ever. Although shipping did take just a tad longer than I expected but only by a day or two. Not enough to complain!

I know my diamonds and not only did I get what I asked for- but at 1/2 the price I was quoted through other entities. Will defiantly return!

I really enjoyed the 30-minute assessment call they offered where we found out exactly what I was looking for and they helped answer any questions.
