It's fine, I gave my first try with trizepatide or whatever it's called. If you're looking for quick answers and don’t want to call, you’ll need a “membership” called the body program. That's where the $145 goes, but the first month is $99. They then ask which meds you want; I chose trizepatide, which costs $399 (you only pay that after getting approved, first month costs about $250). It arrives quickly with ice packs, so weather isn’t an issue. I looked around and found that this company is quite pricey for membership. Other places charge around $99 a month, or even $60 after a call, so I tried to negotiate with ro. They said no immediately… which seems unfair because the body program has perks, but I don’t use 90% of it, so I hoped they'd lower their price to at least $99. The medication costs about the same everywhere, which is good. I’m unsure if I should stick with this company, though, as I'm debating whether switching would be worth the $50-80 difference on top of the $545 monthly cost. Even after the first shot, my appetite was greatly reduced and the “food noise” disappeared! So, that’s a plus! Overall, the company is pretty reliable given my lack of insurance.

Not sure why people are blaming ro for their insurance problems. I used Cigna with my doctor for both wegovy and rybelsus, only to be told that Cigna doesn't cover weight loss drugs. This was after two appeals for both meds, so nearly 8 weeks of waiting. I chose to try ro, told them I'm not using insurance, went through the steps and paid $94 for my first month with a discount, expecting to pay $196-249 for the next. If it helps, I'll gladly keep going. Took my first dose today. I'll let you knwo what happens.

I gave Ro a try for weight loss after my insurance denied coverage for Zepbound. They gave me several choices, but none of the meds were affordable without insurance. Still, they didn’t push me to make a decision and kept offering help. If I get new insurance, I would consider going back. They were also quick to reply to me and made sure to answer all my concerns.

At first, things went well. Then they tried to charge my credit card without warning for their $145 fee. I really need to know the exact date of the charge because I get paid just once a week and don’t have endless money. I asked three times for a customer service phone number, but every time I checked, the messages were gone after I confirmed my questions were sent. Maybe they are so busy they don’t mind if they lose me.

False offer

I signed up because they said it would cost $145 a month. Once I filled in my information and gave them my credit card information, the price jumped up to $300/ month. They did refund the first month I paid for easily without a fight.

I’m really happy I checked all the reviews and opinions here before joining. I have to say, companies like this just take advantage of people who are overweight to earn lots of cash. They focus on making MONEY, not on helping us fix our health problems.

worthless company a rip off

They took my money and didn’t prescribe a medication that I could afford or that my insurance will cover. After going back to them and explaining that I needed an alternative medication that my insurance covers, they said they couldn’t help me anymore. They also mentioned they couldn’t give me a refund. On their website, it states that they work with patients to find another medication that is covered if the original medication isn't. But it feels like all of that is a lie—they just don’t care if you can’t get your medication; they just take your money.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding my recent medication order, which never arrived due to an incorrect shipping address and was rendered unusable. Despite notifying you of this issue and clearly requesting a replacement or refund, no action was taken. Given the time-sensitive nature of the medication and the lack of urgency or accountability, I have lost trust in your service and no longer wish to participate in this program. No one contacted me about my refill neither any resolution for $145 I’ve lost.

Heartless people running a SCAM

This company has no remorse, understanding, compassion, or LOGIC. I don't waste my time writing reviews, but this company needs to be called out. Do not give them a single cent. They are a scam and the definition of greed. I have never dealt with a business that could care less for their customers than this one.

Do not give any money unless you are 100% sure

I didn't realize by giving them my information that it was going to be charged right then. I had some questions. They were answered I was charged and they did nothing. Can not get a refund for them doing NOTHING. NO labs, no insurance questions NOTHING they charged me the $99.00 and no refund available.

SCAM....POSSIBLE

I've never had a major or minor company NOT HAVE A PHYSICAL PHONE NUMBER and only an email response?!?! I've tried to cancel my 1 hour membership and cannot get through to anyone, except via email and they respond in 3+ days? TOTALY BOGUS! NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE TO EVEN READ ANYTHING THEY ADVERTISE.

Fraud

After signing up for Ro my banking information has been used for Uber rides to the tune of over $200. As Ro is the only new and untrusted transaction I made, I have to assume someone at Ro has stolen my information.
