I've been using Rise for a week, and the service has been stable. My download speed is now double, and uploads are much better. I'm very pleased with Rise's service! I suggest them if you need fixed wireless internet.

Unfortunately, our optimism was short-lived as the service stopped working after just one hour. Now, we're faced with yet another service call and the anticipation of whether they'll show up and finally resolve the issue. One silver lining in this situation has been the friendly and courteous nature of the tech support team. They've been helpful, and I appreciate their attitude. However, the overall experience has left much to be desired. I sincerely hope that the service can address these issues promptly, as it would significantly improve our perception.
