I was really excited to try out the lash serum and mascara from this company, especially with all the talk about a "money back guarantee." Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. After using the serum for three weeks, my eyes were constantly stinging, and there was no noticeable improvement in the length or condition of my lashes. The mascara felt like tar and smeared all over, giving me a panda-like appearance. Disappointed, I reached out to Prime for a refund, as promised by their "30-day money back guarantee." However, instead of a refund, they offered more products. It left me puzzled – if I had a negative reaction to their products, why would I want more of them? I insisted on a refund, in line with their website policy, but it seems like I might have a tough battle ahead based on the reviews I've read. It's frustrating when companies don't stand by their own policies. This turned out to be an expensive mistake, and I won't be making the same error again. In my opinion, the mascara from this company is the worst I've used in years. If you're looking to spend your money on something worthwhile, I'd suggest trying out Rumi Mascara or UK Lash serum, both of which actually deliver on their promises.

I purchased the black mascara, and it’s not good at all.

I purchased the black mascara, and it’s not good at all. It needs many layers just to get a bit of definition. My lashes felt stiff, and after a few hours, it looked like I wasn’t wearing any mascara. Plus, it's hard to remove well even with a good eye makeup remover. My lashes are delicate, so I don't want to be rubbing them. For £28 plus £5.95 postage, I thought it would be better. Don’t spend your cash; there are much better and cheaper options available.

I tried Primelash mascara from Prime Prometics. I read reviews & thought this sounds perfect for my age group, a lady in my 70s. It was more expensive than my usual mascara but it sounded so promising. Yet, it was no better than cheaper brands I have purchased. It didn’t last very long even though I spent time building up layers. It left a black line underneath my eyes at a cost of £28 plus £5.95 for delivery. Not value for money.

I placed an order for a product a week ago, but it looks like the package still hasn't reached the courier based on the tracking info. I tried to contact the company, but my email was returned. I'm just waiting for it to arrive someday.

I had to rate this company, but if I could, I would give it negative five stars. I bought this mascara because it seemed nice, and I liked the 100% return policy. However, after paying for shipping both ways, I'm now down over $50 for a product that just doesn’t live up to what I thought. I visited UPS, and they told me that the return address given by customer service (Tatesha Robins) isn’t real. Even after asking several times for a return label, I still have not gotten any reply.

STILL A JOKE

STILL A JOKE I have been reaching out for months about my order or the money taken from me. I have called, sent texts (which didn't help), written, and filled out more support forms than anyone should have to. Every time, I get the same automated reply telling me to contact the same pointless customer support team. When I called, the response was pointless and a joke; they sent me the SAME reply but added my name this time!! GREAT, just give me some help.

This mascara doesn't seem any better

This mascara doesn't seem any better than my regular waterproof Maybelline Great Lash, but it's four times more expensive. The only reason I tried it was because I didn't believe any company would go as far as using fake reviews from cancer patients who lost their lashes during chemotherapy. Such a shame, Prime Prometics!!!

Absolutely disappointed with the eye

Absolutely disappointed with the eye lash serum. Total waste of money – my eyes stung instantly. Far from being hypoallergenic as claimed. Doubtful about their 30-day refund policy based on other reviews. Don't count on a positive experience with this product.

I initially purchased your mascara. In my 55 years of using makeup, this is the best mascara I’ve ever tried, and I've definitely tried many brands and types over the years. I was so pleased that I ordered 2 eye colors and 2 eyeliners next. I love how it applies smoothly and stays put while still being moisturizing. Thanks for the great products. I’ll be ordering again.

The products are decent, but the overall experience leaves much to be desired. I've assigned a modest 3 stars primarily due to the exorbitant postage costs and the extensive delivery duration. Waiting nearly 2 weeks for my last order felt rather absurd given the postage charge applied.

After eagerly awaiting the arrival of the eyeliner, I must say I'm rather let down. It didn't glide on smoothly as advertised, and the amount of eyeliner in the pen is quite minimal. I ran out of eyeliner surprisingly quickly, even though I hadn't used it much. I tried to salvage some more product by taking the pen apart, but there isn't much left. I might attempt to release it with a pin, but it's disappointing to receive so little product for the price. Unfortunately, I won't be purchasing it again.

Now I keep getting messages from Tatsha Robins saying my address details are wrong. I received another message today asking me to confirm my address in Austrailia. Now I'm just waiting.

I’ve been using Prime Prometics for a few years now. I first tried the eyelash growth serum because my lashes had become sparse after years of lash extensions and just aging (I’m 56). The serum does its job—I have lashes again! I also like the PrimeSkin Indulge cleanser (smells lovely, foams well, and leaves skin feeling nice and not dry). The PrimeSkin Beauty Water is what I use to take off my eye makeup. My absolute favorite products are the Prime Wand Pearl, Pigment, Coral, and my most recent buy, Peony. These wands are handy for eyes, lips, and cheeks. Coral feels a bit different from Pigment and Peony (not as creamy), so I stick to using it on my eyelids and cheeks. Primelash Mascara works well, and Prime Eyes Hydrate is rich and thick, though I’m not sure eye creams do much beyond feeling good. Prime Eyes Liquid eyeliner makes it easy to do a thin, neat line on my upper lids. I do prefer a softer, crayon-like eyeliner and am still searching for one that suits me (some I’ve tried seem too dark for my skin tone). I’ll keep shopping at Prime Prometics because I really like their mission and the items I’ve used. I’d love it if they added a coverup stick and a powder bronzer to their line. Thanks!

I recently tried the Prime Prometics mascara, and let me tell you, I've tried hundreds of mascaras - some used once, some never, and some until they dried out - and I've given away quite a few. But Prime Prometics is not one I'll be sharing, leaving, or giving away. Seriously, it's like the best thing since sliced bread. No exaggeration! I like a good amount of mascara, and with 3 coats of Prime Pro, my eyelashes are thick, unclogged, and wonderfully long! Hooray! Finally, a waterproof mascara that doesn't require tugging. I also got their "water" product with its handy top, and it removed my waterproof mascara and all my makeup beautifully. I absolutely love it - I mean, I really, really love it! 🎉

I ordred the prim lash to give it a try after seeing much advertisin. I believe I am somewhat of a mascra expert havin used absolutely hundreds over the years!! I'd definitly consider myself a skeptic, and not easily influenced on new products - but to cut to the chase, I fancied givin it a chance, and I'm so glad I did, delivery was around a week, and havin tried it this mornin, I've found it to be an excellent product which I would be happy to recommend, I am 63, my usual mascra is Hourglass also a very good product - but more expensive. So I will continue to use prim lash and hope that the long term effects are also beneficial as promised.

I’ve been on the hunt for something soft for my 63 year old skin. Most creams feel nice and give a glow, but stay tacky all day. Sticks go a bit orange. Powders just make me look dried out! I gave the Prime cc + cream a try, just hoping the shade would stay normal! I wasn’t super hopeful - but it didn’t make me look flaky or rough, and it settles on the skin while still looking fresh. After 8 hours the color was still the same, and it covers my dark spots and little veins better than I thoght. This is my go-to now. I even grabbed the eyeliner. Hoping it works on my oily, droopy lids!

I've always had problems with make-up that upsets my sensitive eyes. Even products that claim to be 'ophthalmologically tested' or 'hypoallergenic' often irritate. If only I had found Prime Prometics sooner! I recently bought their bundle of three items (PrimeLash Mascara + PrimeEyes Eye Brightener + PrimeEyes Glide Eyeliner). I've used them for over a month now. They apply smoothly, stay in place, and don't irritate my eyes at all. It's great to wear make-up and feel good throughout the day. These three products gave me a great, lasting look. Try them; you'll be pleased!

I am so happy with my experience. The products do exactly what they say they will. I had been looking for better beauty items for a while and I am happy to have found Prime Prometics. No harmful chemicals! My eyelashes are now super long, and the mascara doesn’t clump or smear. The eyebrow and highlighter products really enhance my look. My skin has never looked better. Great products that do more than one great thing.

I was unsure about your claims regarding the mascara and eyeliner. At 69 years old, I've tried so many mascara brands and always ended up let down with flaking, clumping, smudging, and irritated eyes. The irritation was the worst! The eyeliner is good too! It stays put, applies smoothly, and I like that it doesn’t look too strong! I’m very happy with these products and totally convinced by them!

I’ve been a Prime customer for a while now, even before I was diagnosed with cancer and lost all my hair, eyebrows, and eyelashes because of the treatment. At 74, I sometimes find it difficult to manage makeup and look good. I often search for products that suit aging skin, hair, and lashes. The Prime mascara has made my lashes look fuller and longer without any smudging or flaking.

Great mascara I’ve ever tried & in navy too, my favorite eye shade. This mascara suits me since I have dry eyes, and other mascaras usually flake and smudge by evening, but Prime stays put all day & washes off easly in the shower with water, then I just use a makeup wipe, which is really nice for me. Delivery timing is perfect too.

I've been using Prime growth serum

I've been using Prime growth serum and mascara for over 5 years now. It's a really good product, keeps my lashes conditioned and holds them in place all day. I’m 53 years old. After chemotherapy, my lashes grew back just like before, no patches, long and healthy. I really like this product.
