I only went with this company
I only went with this company because they promised quick delivery in two days, which was important for my urgent order. I placed the order, but the next day, I received a shipping notification stating that it was sent via USPS First Class, not the promised 2-Day shipping.
I immediately reached out via email but received no response. Trying my luck the next day, I called their customer service line, but nobody picked up. Frustrated, I called their sales line, and miraculously, someone answered. It seems they prioritize sales over customer service. After explaining my situation, they promised to investigate.
Hours later, they admitted their system error. Apparently, because my address had a number in the second line, their system assumed it was a PO Box and changed the shipping method and speed incorrectly. Since it was sent via USPS, they couldn't intercept it. I wouldn't receive it until the following week.
Their solution? A mere $10 credit for a future order. But I didn't want compensation; I just wanted my order. I explained my urgent need due to a medical procedure, but they coldly suggested I pay more for a second order. They used to send replacements, but now they claim some customers abused this policy.
In my opinion, their actions seem dishonest.
