    All stages of delivry were

    All stages of delivry were clearly communicatd n readily visibl. Postmates would snd notificatns to my phone to let me know when my driver was picking up my order, five minutes away, n rite around the corner. The delivry driver was respectful n delivred my order promptly. My food was in perfect conditn. Postmates gives us an option to add or remove tips, includng the initial tip we include wen we first hit order. This allows us, the customer, to have the power to judge our delivries appropriately. I rlly like this feature.

    Food arrived on time and was still warm. The driver had to rely on Google Maps since the Postmates map had my adress wrong.

    The food I got and the merchant were good

    The food I got and the merchant were good, but I gave 3 stars because Postmates didn't send a notification when my order was on the way or when it arrived. Later, I received a message asking, "Did your order arrive?" That’s when I realized my food was sitting outside on my doorstep for who knows how long, and it was already cold by that time.

    The food wasn’t warm when it got here.

    The food wasn’t warm when it got here. This was a bit annoying because our microwave stopped working that day, and we didn’t want to cook. (That's why we decided to order). The delivery came at the very end of the estimated time, which I think might have caused the food to be cold.

    DEAD COLD FOOD

    Postmates claimed my order would arrive in 30-45 minutes, but suddenly changed the delivery time to 7pm right after I paid. I couldn't cancel the order, leaving me with food that arrived 40 minutes later than promised and was cold.

    Terribly bad service. They charged $70 instead of $35. They put in extra charges for services they don't tell you about.
