Great lunging pad, my little pony has lost quite a bit of weight and his lunging roller was uncomfortable for him. We tried a numnah but it kept shifting around with the movement, so I searched online and found PolyPads. I picked turquoise to match his lunging roller, it’s a beautiful colour and very soft and cushy, making it just right for keeping my pony comfy while he works.

Even though the item had to be created, the estimated delivery time was fair, but the item came much faster. The communication was superb and ordering from this company was a pleasure. The pads are always well crafted, sturdy, and just what you want in a cushioning pad!

Despite placing an order for a quarter sheet at Your Horse Live and being promised delivery within 10 days, the item has not arrived. Multiple attempts to reach out through calls, emails, texts, and even Facebook Messenger have all gone unanswered. This lack of responsiveness is disappointing, especially considering my initial interest in their product, as seen at the show. While I appreciate the appeal of their offerings, the subpar service has significantly dampened my overall impression of the company. It's disheartening when a potentially good product is overshadowed by the failure to deliver on basic customer service expectations.
