We were looking for a CRM that would be simple to use, and Pipedrive turned out to be the right choice. Our company is still small, but we're expanding and launching new products. The sales and logistics teams were under pressure because we had been using an Excel sheet. It worked fine when we had only a few products, but it became harder to manage with the new additions. We tested various CRMs, and Pipedrive was the one that felt the easiest to use. It is customizable but still keeps a good structure. It's definitely a solid option for small to medium-sized companies, from what I can tell.
