The product arrival was fine. But the way they advertised it didn't sit right with me. Initially, they mentioned a lower price, but later on, they talked about a cost that was ten times more. We're a non-profit, so we're careful with every dollar. The whole thing caught me off guard.

The company was okay. The poster I got was okay. But a salesman called and tried to make me buy stuff we supposedly needed by law. I asked to cancel my order, but he didn't. Won't buy from here again.

Guys, I think this company needs to be shut down ASAP. I've been a small business owner for 14 years now and I am fuming at their unethical practices. So, here's what happened - my Office Manager gets hit with relentless sales calls from them, so she finally orders posters from them in January. Fast forward to today, they called again, not once but twice, asking for the Office Manager who's currently on maternity leave. I tell them we're not interested and the lady keeps pushing to speak with her. I had to let her know that she's on leave and we're all good, but guess what? 15 minutes later, they process an order worth a whopping $594.88 with the invoice addressed to my Manager on leave, making it seem like it was her who placed the order. I call the company to explain the mix-up, but instead of being apologetic, their customer service rep tries to upsell me too. I had to raise my voice and demand that they cancel the order, and even then, he says it's been processed and we should just send it back if we get it. Can you believe this? 15 minutes and already processed? Give me a break. This place is a total scam

This company is dishonest, shady, and unprofessional. I ordered a labor poster after receiving a message that it was needed for my small business (it’s just me working). Then I got a call saying I didn't need that poster but had to buy another package. After looking at their email, I saw I was misled, so I emailed them to cancel and said I wouldn't be buying it. A month later, I received a call from a rude woman demanding payment, claiming my email wasn't a real cancellation. I mentioned their satisfaction guarantee, but she said that didn’t matter and they’d send my account to collections. I asked for a manager to call me back, but that never happened. When I called, I couldn’t reach anyone. A few months later, a nice lady called and asked for proof of my cancellation email. I sent it to her, and she said she would sort it out. I waited for her response, then followed up multiple times, but heard nothing. Now I just got a bill from collections. How is this even allowed? I can't recommend this company, stay away.

Very aggressive. My business used them last year, and they won't leave us alone this year, pressuring us to renew. We've already chosen to work with another company, and we've informed them of this, but they keep calling and trying to deceive us by asking for "____ (decision maker)" to discuss their order. However, they're referring to last year's order. They just won't accept no for an answer. Initially, when I asked for a contact number, they absolutely refused to provide one. Frankly, why would we consider working with a company we can't even contact?

Вже більше 2 років ми чітко кажемо - не будемо співпрацювати з цією компанією. Вони надсилали речі, які ми НЕ потребували чи не просили, і СКАЗАЛИ, що відправили нам інші предмети, які ми не отримали. Ми сплатили божевільний рахунок просто, щоб позбутися від них, повідомивши, що НІКОЛИ більше не будемо з ними працювати. Вони дзвонять кожні пару тижнів вже протягом останніх 2 років!

THEY ARE FRAUDS!!! THEY SENT US ITEMS WE NEVER ORDERED. AFTER SENDING 5 EMAILS TO RETURN THEM, ALL WE GOT WERE CALLS AND THREATS OF COLLECTIONS. WE RETURNED THE ITEMS WITH TRACKING AND TOLD THEM TO STOP CONTACTING US. EACH TIME WE ASKED FOR A MANAGER, WE WERE JUST DENIED.

This company keeps calling nonstop even when you ask them not to. Today, I told them to stop and hung up, but they called back immediately! Just leave me alone!
