The hat I bought was okay!

Not quite what I thought it would be. It was made from a thin fabric. I thought it would be a little more heavy. But it’s alright. The fit felt a bit off. Not very comfy on my head. But it’ll do. Also, the shipping took longer than I hoped. But I guess that’s because it came from another country. I didn’t notice that when I ordered it. That’s probably on me for not looking closely. So all in all, I’d say the purchase was fine. Thanks!

I recently bought some stuff

I recently bought some stuff from Pawfecthouse for my wife, and she really loved them. The products are top-notch, no complaints there. But man, the shipping was a headache. It took way longer than expected, and the shipping info wasn't clear at all. I kept checking for updates but didn't get much. Besides that, everything else was great. I'll probably buy from them again, just hope they sort out their shipping issues.

The company delivers orders fast

The company delivers orders fast and at a lower price compared to other websites. However, they send too many emails. It's annoying to receive 4 to 5 emails after placing an order. One email confirming the order and another when it's dispatched with a tracking number would suffice. Overall, the service is good.

The products were really good

The products were really good, I had a problem with the delivery but it wasn't really the company's problem. They offered to send a replacement, which we didn't need as the item came in time for Christmas. Customer service was really good.

I gotta say, the shirts

I gotta say, the shirts are pretty cool – love the designs and quality is top-notch. But man, the shipping cost is crazy, and it takes forever to get here. I mean, I'm all for paying for good stuff, but waiting that long and paying that much for delivery? Not sure if it's worth it. With Christmas around the corner, I'm kinda stressed about ordering more and not getting them in time. We'll see how it goes, but might have to look elsewhere just to be safe.

Just got this car window

Just got this car window cover and it's awesome, but I've got to say, it's a bit too big for my Nissan Frontier. It’s kinda annoying because it doesn't fit snugly. Anyone know how to get one that fits better? Thinking about getting another one for my 2021 Jeep Renegade, but don't want the same issue. Any tips on sizing or ordering would be super helpful! Alright, here's my story. I saw this sweatshirt online and thought, "Hey, cool design!" I was so excited to get it, but when it arrived, my excitement turned into disappointment. The material feels so flimsy and cheap, like it’s gonna fall apart after one wash. I honestly feel a bit embarrassed even thinking about giving it as a gift. It's just not what I expected at all. Definitely not buying from this place again. What a letdown.

I was really looking forward

I was really looking forward to my order, but it got lost in shipping. Luckily, they were quick to place a reorder for me. The replacement arrived pretty fast, but there was a mistake with the year printed on it. Instead of 1959, it showed !959. I grabbed a black marker and fixed the mistake myself. Honestly, they should double-check their work before sending stuff out. They have a lot of nice products, but this being my first order, it left me a bit unsure about ordering again. We'll see. If I could give them a ZERO, I would

Placed an order for a screen-printed shirt. When it arrived, the screen-print looked awful and was on the back (Supposed to be on the front). Despite the fact that I had supporting screenshots of my order preview and photos of the actual shirt, they would do nothing. NOT what I ordered but their customer service (email from "Emma") simply said Sorry... (in broken English i might add). True SCAM!! STAY AWAY from them!!

Dissatisfied

If you ever have to get customer service you’re u will not be helped. I made order In Plenty of time for Christmas and evidently the order never was processed. Even tho I have called and emailed they never could tell me why nor get it reordered. However they DID take my money. Now I must here at the last minute try to find gifts and hope my money will be refunded

I ordered a product over

I ordered a product over a month ago, and it's been a nightmare ever since. First, the package was returned for some reason. Then the second attempt? Never even showed up. It's been four weeks, and still nothing. No updates, no refund, just silence. I'm beyond frustrated at this point. Feels like I'm talking to a wall.

Don't bother

My boyfriend ordered a custom Hawaiian shirt featuring photos he had uploaded of his dog. After WEEKS of ordering the product they send dog bandana instead. Tried contacting the company leaving voicemail and no response.

No Customer Service

I placed an order in mid November. My order came mid December. The writing on the product that I ordered was incorrect. The company will not respond to me. I have had to file a complaint with PayPal.

Awful copy of the item shown as the fish is different in color and brightness. Pawfect gives a 30% refund! Absurd!
