I placed an order for a refrigerator part with this company on November 11, 2023. Unfortunately, upon receiving the item, I realized I had made an error in my selection. Following the provided instructions for a return, I promptly sent it back around November 15. It is currently January 7, 2024, and regrettably, I have yet to receive a refund or any explanation for the prolonged delay. Attempting to address the issue, I called their customer service line, only to encounter a recorded message advising me to use their email service for assistance. However, upon reaching out via email, I received an automated response instructing me to contact customer service via phone. This resulted in a frustrating loop with no viable means of reaching their customer care. It seems as though the company is intentionally stalling refund requests, leaving customers in the dark. This conduct reflects poorly on their business practices. Despite numerous positive reviews, I am skeptical about their authenticity, as my experience has been far from satisfactory. I have decided to refrain from using this company in the future and would recommend exploring alternative options for parts.
