I’m a new ostomate and needed a company that had all the items I wanted before my supply ran out. I made the order and chose faster delivery. Later that day, I got a call from the company saying that part of the order would come from the manufacturer, which would add a few more days to delivery. But the lady on the phone recommended trying their own brand of the same item, which saved me half the price and arrived quickly. I’m looking forward to getting their catalog to help me with future purchases.

The NuHope stoma hole

The NuHope stoma hole cutter is okay. Got the 1-1/2" one after the 1st was too tight. Still a bit nervous about ostomy stuff. Tried the bigger size but went back to the smaller one. The price is fair. Communication, order and delivery are fine.

The barrage of unwanted emails has become a significant annoyance, and it's disappointing that they haven't addressed this issue.
