    There are ups and downs with this app

    There are ups and downs with this app, but I find it easy to switch from my smart TV, phone, iPad, and even Xbox while keeping my place in a show. Since I switched to NBC Universal, I've noticed a problem: if I pause the show and then check my email or text on my iPhone, the show doesn't reload when I return. However, when I close the show and choose it again, it picks up right where I left off. All in all, it’s a small issue that I believe will be fixed soon. Thanks for the nice app!!!

    Decent site for true crime fans.

    Decent site for true crime fans. The variety of shows like Snapped and Cold Justice really pulls you into the crime-solving world. However, the website could be more user-friendly. Sometimes it's hard to find specific episodes, and the streaming can be a bit slow. I appreciate the depth of content, but a smoother viewing experience would make it much better. Overall, it's a good place for those who love crime stories, but there's room for improvement in navigation and performance.

    The company allows only 1-2 episodes

    The company allows only 1-2 episodes of 1-2 series on streaming. Need cable tv for full service, so I'm unhappy I can't pay to stream episodes, like I do with other crime channel buys from Prime, such as the Discovery pack with True Crime shows & full streaming episodes.

    Sorry to hear that they don't offer subscriptions like other channels. It's disappointing that they only have a few episodes per season.
