Being a quality analyst for over 7 years, I take my time researching details for my baby. I knew European formula is my preferred route (I opted for HiPP). What I didn't know is where to buy it and feel trust. There are quite a few European formula dealers online, and knowing which one is legit can be daunting. Before finding Organic life start, I used another supplier, who failed in customer service when I had an issue. They weren't responsive when I had questions and didn't keep me happy. That's not okay when I'm investing my money and trust. I compared sites and decided to switch to Organic life start. On my first order, I had to change shipping due to travel plans. When I reached out, their customer service greeted me warmly. They assured me they'd make sure I got my formula where and when I needed it. They contacted FedEx and made arrangements without me having to follow up; I got my formula rapidly, despite switching routes last minute. Any other time I've reached out to customer service, I've had fantastic care and support. This is critical as a parent relying on online supply. My formula arrives on time and well-packaged.

This company, Organic Life Start, is a really reliable one! I felt uneasy when I first ordered formula, but I don’t have to anymore! The customer service is great and they respond to you very fast if you have any inquiries! My baby is breastfed, but I do supplement with formula before bed time. When Kendamil Goat milk stage 2 was out of stock, they gave me suggestions of similar options, and it was super helpful! I can’t say enough nice things about the clean/safe formula they provide and this wonderful company!! Highly recomed!

My experience with Organic Life Start has been really good! Their customer service is excellent! I'm on their subscription plan and I always get my orders on time! I've used HIPP German Combiotic for all 3 of my kids. They've done really well with this formula.

I've been usng Organic Life

I've been usng Organic Life Start for about 6 months now and I'm super impresed. My order alway ships the next day and arrives within a couple days via Fedx. They use a subscribshun portal link-via-email system to manage your acount, which usually works well. Tonight was the first time it didn't send me a login link, and it said to contackt customer service. I emaled them asking if someone could help me place a new order and not TWO MINUTES later my order had been placed. Literally the fastest customer servise I've ever experienced!
