Their tech said the serial numbers didn't match, but I returned exactly what they sent me. No refund, no replacement—they just sent the same busted subs back. Took a closer look, and the voice coil wire was broken. Definitely not my fault since I never even used it. So, I'm out about $200 and got blamed for something I didn't do. Despite claims of the product being lost in shipping, FedEx confirmed they never received it from OnlineAudio. Eventually, I canceled the order and demanded a refund. To their credit, they did refund the entire amount. The negative reviews about this company are accurate.
