Overall, my experience with the company has been great.

Overall, my experience with the company has been great. From the beginning to the end, it's been really good. You feel like you're getting back what you put into it. I feel encouraged and motivated by the other members and the team behind it all. The suggestions for programs have been really good, and the skills I've learned have been important for my growth as a leader. As a Marine, I've had experience leading, but being part of NSLS has helped me grow even more. If you have the chance, I suggest getting involved with this organization.

I really enjoyed the induction process

I really enjoyed the induction process and the speaker sessions. However, one thing I didn't like was trying to set up the success networking teams. It was a real pain and felt like it couldn't be done properly. I was so glad when the NSLS switched to Zoom for that. It was much simpler and more convenient. I'm really grateful for that.

The support I have gotten from NSLS has been really good. Every time I had a question, it was answered quickly and in detail. The website is simple to use and easy to understand, so finding the archives has been enjoyable, and I’ve liked watching them.

It appears that this service is quite expensive, and I attempted to sign up for the Stash account to recoup my membership fee, but it seems like it might be a scam. Thus far, my experience has not been very positive.
