    Ordered a lipstick online and it

    Ordered a lipstick online and it came messed up around the edges. The metal part wasn't right. The only good thing was that it came really fast. I called customer service and was all set to show them pictures of the messed-up lipstick. But instead, the person just said they'd email me a label to send it back. They could replace it because they still had more in stock. I was surprised they wanted the messed-up lipstick back. Are they going to send it back to the brand, or just throw it away when they get it? If they're just going to trash it, why make me go through the hassle of sending it back? I didn't want to argue, so I agreed to send it back without getting a new one. I decided not to give them my business and got the same thing from another store. I'm not going to shop at Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack anymore. I'm also going to cancel my credit card with them, which I've had for 20 years. I don't owe them any money, and I'm closing the book on a store that used to care about making customers happy. Most stores don't even want messed-up stuff back because of the cost of return shipping. This whole thing cost them the shipping back and a customer who used to shop there a lot.

    We ordered something from Nordstrom.

    We ordered something from Nordstrom. Their delivery service doesn’t let you give instructions (they use a below-average service called OnTrack instead of FedEx, UPS, or USPS). With other online stores, we always request that packages be left in a safe spot away from our door to avoid theft. The package was caught on video being taken from our front door where Nordstrom’s local delivery service left it. My friend had a package from Amazon stolen, and they sent a replacement the same day without any hassle. I’ve had to reach out to Nordstrom three times, and they still only send an automatic email the next day after contacting their support. It seems they don’t offer any shipping insurance.

    I tried to buy shoes online, but it turned into a mess. I thought they were in stock at the store I chose, but they said it'd be 20 more days before I could get them. I needed them for a trip in 2 days! When I asked why they showed as in stock if they weren't, they couldn't give me a good answer. I asked to cancel and get my money back, but they said I had to wait 20 days. When I asked for a manager, they made me feel stupid. I'm really mad and won't shop at Nordstrom again because of this.

    need to sort out their delivery

    Nordstrom really need to sort out their delivery. My parcel never came with TFORCE and Nordstrom took my money saying it came. I had to fight for weeks for a refund and they still say it came. TFORCE took it and Nordstrom blames me. I said to send to Nordstrom Rack but they lost it again. I told Nordstrom but they just hung up on me!!!

    Nordstrom's customer service promised

    Nordstrom's customer service promised my order would come after a long wait. I kept asking for updates, and they kept assuring me it was on its way. When the delivery day arrived, they suddenly canceled my order. I complained, and all they suggested was to place the order again. Mind you, I had already paid for it! I'd recommend avoiding them; it seems they don't prioritize customer service or fulfilling orders.
