The company's lack of response to my return request is incredibly disappointing. I've been reaching out for over ten days, but haven't heard back. My 30-day return period is almost up, and I need a reply. It's not right to promise to address returns and then ignore customers. I'll do whatever it takes to avoid penalties because your company is ignoring my messages.

I have a big dog who's getting older

I have a big dog who's getting older, and finding a comfortable bed that’s big enough for her has always been difficult. This one works well for us. We've had it for about a week now, and she really likes it. She sleeps soundly, and her snoring is louder than the TV! I also like the removable cover for easy washing. If I had one small complaint, I would wish there was a waterproof layer between the cover and the foam to stop the dog smell from soaking into the foam, as it would be harder to clean then. Other than that, the bed is perfect.

My dogs and cats really enjoy the Mr Fluffy Friend beds! I wasn't sure at first, but my pets actually calm down and relax once they get inside them. It's kind of amazing... like they fall into a trance! I have two active dogs and a few picky cats, and they all just quiet down and become calm once they're in their beds – it’s really cool! I've also given a few as presents to friends, and they really like them!

We bought a big round

We bought a big round flufy bed 4 our boxer, he took to it straight away n snuggles in2 the bed. We r vry pleased with th purchase, no complaints at all, service wz gr8, wud certainly recommend Mr flufy friend. I'd say their device tracking, service, is definitely recommendable.

My niece visited and had a blast with

Just got the third Mr. Fluffy! Kobi, my schnauzer mix, really enjoys it, and his kitty sister does too. They're built well and simple to clean and dry.

The only issue I faced was the wait time for the "pet bed." I ordered it a couple of weeks before Christmas but it didn’t arrive until a few weeks after. That said, my dog loves the bed once it arrived. I was happy with the customer support as they were easy to reach and responded quickly to all my questions. The quality seems solid, so I’m hoping it holds up well over time. I would suggest this pet product to others.

My English setter, Scotty, enjoys his pillow. It's been washed four times along with my regular blue jeans to keep the load balanced. I always shake it well before washing. One issue is that my wife had to do some hand sewing on the black fabric as it started to come apart. The material could be more durable. Despite that, the pillow gives him a cozy bed in his dog house during the cold winter.

I first bought a bed that was too tiny, but my dog seemed to manage. When my buddy's little dog showed interest in the bed, I gave it away and bought the bigger round one. The dog likes it, but it's too big for anything less than an industrial washer, so a laundromat at $10 a wash. By the second wash, the center part was flattened and useless, so I bought another bed with a washable cover, but my dog won't use it. It's flat, and it's clear she prefers beds with higher sides. Good for small dogs; not so much for larger dogs who want a raised edge.

I received the product

I received the product within the specified timeframe, so that's the only aspect of this experience that met my expectations. The product itself is flimsy and doesn't justify the high price I paid. What's even more disappointing is that my pet doesn't like it at all. He's an elderly Boston terrier with a history of anxiety, especially during storms and fireworks. I thought this product might help alleviate his stress, but it didn't work at all. I would like to return it for a refund, but if the feedback I've heard from others is accurate, it's probably not worth the hassle.

I wasn't really impressed

I wasn't really impressed with this company. Like many others have mentioned, the delivery times were quite long, and the tracking information wasn't very reliable. As for the dog beds, they're just okay. My dogs are using them, but they don't seem as well-stuffed as they appeared in the pictures. I won't be purchasing from them again because the beds are on the pricey side, and I've found better options available locally at a more affordable price.

Definitely not what they promised. I got 2 X-Large beds for my 70lb dogs, which they said would work. The beds are so small, they would only fit my 12lb cat! I’ve been trying to return them but no one is replying. I’m very upset and annoyed. I would never suggest this company to anyone!!

Ordered 2 beds.

Ordered 2 beds. One showed up after two weeks, still waiting for the second. Already asked about refund / return before it’s even here, that tells you enough, dosen’t it? Total waste of money, bad quality, bad stitching, barely any padding. Opened the box and just went nope. Now waiting for return info, and guess what? I have to pay for it myself. Lovely! Better to buy from a local store or somewhere that takes returns without charging you. Huge red flag when a company makes you pay to send stuff back—either they don’t trust their own product or get so many returns they can’t cover it. Either way, avoid.

I haven't even received

I haven't even received the bed yet, and it's been almost a month since I placed the order. To make matters worse, it was stuck in New York for a whole week. I really hope the bed is worth all this wait. Your shipping process leaves much to be desired.

Never got $189.00worth of items

Ordered on the 10th of December. Still tapping my nails while I receive Bot responses from their company. Items are from China. PayPal is how I purchased so they are running down the clock
