    Seriously, I was shocked

    Seriously, I was shocked when I got a Mindful Musings with ELON MUSK. I used to love those, but c'mon, Musk is known for his right-wing views and some pretty controversial stuff. Seeing him in the mindfulness/meditation scene? Not cool. Feels like they're not paying attention to what's going on in the world. Hope they wise up and keep those mindful vibes without the controversial figures.

    I recently completed my Mindfulness Teacher

    I recently completed my Mindfulness Teacher certification with Sean Fargo's Mindfulness Exercises and I would definitely recommend it to others. I was drawn in by the flexible pace and the opportunity to connect with a new culture (I am French), along with Sean's background and the guest teachers. Sean, Jennifer, Sara-May, and Gillian are wonderful guides, and I have learned so much from their sessions. I look forward to continuing my journey and staying connected with them for motivation and inspiration. I feel thankful for this experience with Mindfulness Exercises and its supportive community. The program is well-designed, from the content to the course structure, and the community, mentors, and fellow teachers make it a great place to grow and develop as a mindfulness teacher. Thank you.

    Mindfulness has been a big change in my life, providing a calm from everyday chaos. Starting with the method of John Farjo, I was unsure at first, but over time, I noticed small changes. Just observing my breathing without judging, let me see the present moment and appreciate daily life more. Going deeper, I found mindfulness helps manage tough feelings. Instead of being overwhelmed by anxiety or anger, I can face these feelings with kindness, letting them pass. Mindfulness also boosts self-awareness, so I understand my triggers and habits better, making me kinder to myself and others. It's not an easy fix, but a journey of self-discovery that keeps enriching my life.

    I am so glad that I chose to enroll in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program with Sean Fargo. This program is helping me grow in my own mindfulness practice and giving me the skills to teach others about mindfulness, including kids. I also really appreciate the ongoing support and mentoring that’s included, as well as the sense of community created among the participants.     I've had the chance to try products and classes from Mindfulness Exercises, and I must say, every experience has been really good. They offer a variety of things, from guided meditations to detailed courses, which is really cool. The content is well-made and easy to understand, which is great for everyone. The teachers know a lot and really care about teaching, which makes learning fun and comfortable. The things I've learned have helped me a lot with my mind and emotions.     These Mindfulness Exercises totally roped me into the daily meditation game, especially with their one-month challenge. Each session is like a little mental spa day, and what's cool is they mix it up every time. Not your usual run-of-the-mill stuff.     This is a wonderful spot to study mindfulness and figure out how to teach it. So helpful and tools are fantastic. It is very fair priced. I have joined a couple course classes and purchased and still use today their products even in my own buisness. I like the clear step by step instructions that are simple to follow and get so that you are doing good with mindfulness exercises. Awsome stuff.

    If you're looking to expand your skills

    If you're looking to expand your skills and gain new qualifications, this is a great choice. I enrolled in the Mindfulness Education certification, even though I’m new to this (planning to use it as a teacher). The standards are reasonable, just, and really get you ready to instruct. The extra materials and perks make the program’s cost worthwhile. I'm really happy I chose this!

    Company's okay, but needs more variety in exercises. Not enough options for timing and speaking amount. Sometimes, I don't get much chance to focus without too much talking. They should remind me to stay present less often.
