I've made multiple orders from this company, and every product has exceeded my expectations. Their collection of records and shirts is diverse, featuring unique designs that I haven't found elsewhere. During a recent large record purchase, I reached out to their customer service, and they handled the communication professionally. What stood out the most was their willingness to help, and together we resolved the issue. I highly recommend this site to anyone, and I plan to continue doing business with them.

In my opinion, the company

In my opinion, the company ain't all that great. I linked my PayPal at checkout and it charged me automatically ($62), which made me angry. But I called them for a refund and it was fast and simple. I got my money back the next day at 7am. I suggest typing your card details instead of linking PayPal. They should add a purchase confirmation.

The company pre-ordered my vinyl

The company pre-ordered my vinyl months ago. I contacted support twice, but they can't say when it'll ship due to 'unforeseen processing problems'. Is this legal?

I wish I had checked this before ordering. I thought they were an official seller, but it turns out they are just middlemen. I ordered on 1/24/.. the item shows as in stock, even now. It said 2-8 days for delivery. 10 days later and my order hasn't been processed or shipped. I emailed them, and their response was just "Please hold". From the reviews I've seen, including on reddit, it doesn't seem like I'll get my vinyl anytime soon, and getting a refund might be difficult too. Won't be ordering from them again. With a rating this low, the site should be taken down for consumer protection.

I ordered four items from Merchbar, and the confirmation email showed everything was on track. However, a few days later, I noticed one item was missing. What's even more puzzling is that the subtotal for the three remaining items was $180 when it should have been $120. With shipping, the total should have been just over $180, but I was charged over $200. I'm left bewildered by these discrepancies and the seemingly inflated charges. The experience has left me questioning the transparency of their billing and order fulfillment processes.

There was no delivery date listed, but it shouldn't have taken this long. I canceled my order since it was only on "ORDER PLACED," but I still haven't received my refund.

I've been waiting for my order

I've been waiting for my order for three months now. Despite all items being listed as in stock when I placed the order, I never received it. When I inquired, I was told it's on back order. It feels like a questionable practice. Merchbar claims that all they can see is that it's processing.

I bought a record back in December, but it never arrived. The vinyl's status stayed at "received" and every time I asked, they blamed the supplier for delays. It's annoying because they advertised it as in stock on the store, not a preorder.
