Beware - they can't be trusted!
They are SUPER deceptive with their practices. Their advertising violates FTC guidelines regarding a money-back guarantee, and they play games with accountability by using different names of businesses that are all owned by the same entity. Bought tickets on June 29 for a July 25 concert. They said tickets would arrive by July 24. On the day of the concert, I still hadn't received tickets. They said they would request a transfer, but there was no guarantee it would work. They refused to give me a refund in accordance with their money-back guarantee advertising. The tickets didn't arrive until an hour before the concert began, so babysitters and travel arrangements had already been canceled. Instead of being accountable for their mistakes, they blamed me for not calling them sooner, even though their email instructions specifically said to wait until July 24. They promised a supervisor callback but never called me until I filed a BBB complaint. You're better off using a trusted source for ticket resales.
