After our recent move, things were pretty hectic, and I ended up losing the charger for the collar. I reached out to customer service, since finding a replacement seemed like too much for me to handle at the moment. They quickly told me that shipping a new charger would cost more than the charger itself, so they offered to order one on Amazon and send it directly to my home. This small but thoughtful action really helped me out during a stressful time, saving me from one more thing to deal with. Thanks a lot!!
