The training process left much to be desired; standing around without adequate guidance on the second day was disheartening. MAU's delayed onboarding and poor communication were major drawbacks. Despite these issues, if you're seeking a straightforward job with minimal effort, this company might suffice.

My experience with Troy during the spot application process was unprofessional. Despite answering his questions, he abruptly cut me off, apologized, and hung up. This lack of courtesy and abrupt ending to the conversation left me dissatisfied with the customer service provided.
