I got an email saying I would get a 10% discount, but when I tried to use it, it didn't work at all. I checked everything and made sure I followed the instructions, but still, nothing happened. It was a bit of a letdown because I was really looking forward to using that promo.

I bought a teek chair, the Manor
I bought a teek chair, the Manor chair from the Royal Pine set. The price was much lower than other places. The delivery was incredibly fast. I ordered it Wednesday night and got it Friday afternoon — just 2 days. They were AMAZING!

I've been facing a nightmarish experience for two months, calling at least 15 times to address multiple issues. Regrettably, I haven't received the product, and the company is still unwilling to refund my money. Every time I reach out to customer service, they promise that someone will contact me shortly, but no one ever does. It feels like a tactic to keep me waiting. Two months have passed, and I'm left without the product while they retain my funds. It's an incredibly frustrating and unsatisfactory situation that I've had to endure.
