What made my experience positive?
What made my experience positive? The onboarding agent. In this instance, Logan. This is the main reason I chose Lodgify. While the platform may not offer as many features as others, it suits small business needs perfectly. Most importantly, Lodgify and Logan guide you through the entire onboarding process without the hassle of managing integrations on your own. They truly assist you and provide support throughout, which is why I would recommend this software.

I’ve been using Lodgify for a month now
I’ve been using Lodgify for a month now, and it’s been great for handling multiple booking platforms even though I manage just one property. Their support team is really helpful, offering free video calls to guide me through the setup. I’ve tried other platforms—some are too pricey, while others lack features in their basic versions. Overall, Lodgify seems like the best choice for small to medium-sized portfolios.

Moving to lodgify was a good choice.
Moving to lodgify was a good choice. It has many features and works well with other programs. The setup process was one of the best I've seen in 9 years. I appreciate Andrew's effort and dedication. The instructions are clear, the email recap great, and the support excellent. Well done to the Lodgify team for building such a good team.

Grate "on-boarding" program!
Grate "on-boarding" program! The user support and help from Dagrielis García was extraordinary. But on the other hand, the Lodgify platform have some issues regarding functions about currencies that could affect the correct set-up of your place listing, depending of the property location. Check it out first!
