I rang Lisa Decker coz my pal said she's good. They did his kitchen, looked nice. Found stuff on site, prices okay. Met Lisa at Largo, liked York Driftwood line. She helped design. Asked for assembled cabinets. 19 arrived quick, good quality. Installer happy, fit well. Took 24 hours, two people, done. Cabinets had enough hardware. Shelves hard to move once installed coz clips. Should've bought different clips. Overall, good quality for price. Will return for next project.

What happened to the once-reliable company? The quality has taken a nosedive, leaving me utterly disappointed. It's baffling who they've brought on board. Previously a satisfied customer, now I'm grappling with poorly constructed cabinets. The angles seem haphazardly cut, as if the craftsmanship took a wrong turn halfway. It's disheartening and impractical; the parts simply won't fit together seamlessly. A regrettable waste of both money and time.
