Disappointed

I started this with hopes of having a great support team and a practitioner who would monitor my progress. However, I feel like all I got was a money making deal with no support. I only heard from the NP the first day we met online and that was it. I never had another appt scheduled nor did anyone check in on me. Started having issues on the higher dose and concerns on the 'compounded' meds after reading some medical articles. Just really disappointed that people would allow others to inject themselves with random liquids and not do any follow up. Hence I cancelled.

doing it since 2 months without any reduction of weight

I am doing this now since a bit ore than 2 months. following all the recommendations from the doctors. The result I would say is frustrating. lost 2 lbs within the first 2 weeks then gained 2 lbs after that again after a few weeks lost 2 lbs again and now i am back this 2 lbs again. didnt see any positive effects so far besides having nausea, diarrhea and constipation sometimes since 2 months. For the very expensive program and the expensive medication costs is disappointing so far.

Having to reorder every month when my account is already debited.

I feel like if my account is already debited every month for my medicine I should at least reserve an email reminding me it’s time to reorder or a phone call. We all get busy with life and assume since my account has already paid for it it should be arriving soon. Then to only half credit me for a month I didn’t receive sucks! I’ll be looking into other companies!

Very disappointed

The company was very fast to take the money and schedule the first appointment. The Doctor prescribed the medicine. But 6 weeks later I still have not received the medicine.

No weight loss after 3months!

No weight loss after 3months! After 3 months at 30 units, still no change!!!! I eat healthy and work out.

Horrible Support Could not Cancel - Be Warned !!

I signed up 9 months ago, but was never able to use the service and never had a consultation or a prescription . I attempted to cancel the account since I was not able to use the medication or service but was put on hold each time i called. After 15-20 min I was given a call back option at the current number or a new one. I selected the current number and the service hung up. I never received a call back. This occured for several billing cycles and I was never able to reach the support number succesfully. I was getting charged $387 for 3 months of service of which i have never used. When i attempted to cancel the account online the option told me i had to call the 800 phone number. I had to cancel my credit card used for payment stop payments to LifeMD which was a major problem as you can image. I still have not received any word from them and now i am being told I owe them for 6 months. This is a disaster as they disabled the cancel button and don't answer or call you back. Be warned. I am out almost $1500 dollars for something I have never used and have yet to hear from them. Be Warned!!

Worst experience ever

DO NOT USE. It seemed legit until it came to getting the medication. They claim it's been sent, has arrived and is waiting for me at the pharmacy, NO ONE has seen it at the pharmacy. I have called or been back every day for 10 days. I spent 45 minutes talking the fed ex. I have contacted lifemd multiple times a day who confirm that they talked to the pharmacy and it's there. I asked for the name of the pharmacist and they sent the address I and phone number I used when I signed up for the pharmacy. The actual app/website I'm supposed to follow says it's waiting to be shipped. Worst experience ever. I repeat take your money to anyone else or give it to a random stranger. At least someone will benefit

Very little weight loss....

I was on the GLP-1 med. that started at 10 units and increased to 20 units over the course of 9 weeks. I loss a total of 6 lbs. Very disappointing. I spend $173 for each dosage. There was also a $~370 'membership ' fee which I still don't understand what that was for and why is it mandatory that you have to sign up for that. Seems like a money grab to me. All in all it was 9 weeks and very little change to me. As a matter of fact I don't "feel" any different from before I started on their medication. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their product as my experience have been very disappointing and quite frankly a waste of time and money.

Delays and communication

I feel the delays are unacceptable. Renewed prescription over 3 weeks ago and no communication until I contacted them. Once I replied I got a quick response apologizing but still no prescription. Same thing with my first script. When I’m paying a three month fee for something and then one month of delays this is not acceptable. I will say that two free months of counseling was added for the first delay though. I’m just skeptical to stick with this based on the delays. It’s a shame though because the medicine has been showing results.

They’ll charge you even if you never see the doctor

I’m going on my third month of trying to cancel this service. I’ve paid their dues a few times and have never spoken to a doctor. I did sign up, but I have wanted to cancel since before my first appointment. I medically cannot do the weight loss shots. I’m not even sure why I was approved. My real doctor said absolutely not. The CEO “personally reached out” and thanked for me being a customer and asked me to leave a review. Perhaps this will cancel my account.

Does not work

This stuff does not work and service is really slow takes 2 1/2 months before you even get your first dose and you are still paying the membership fee then they charge you more just to send you the same amount of medicine this is a rip off never lost a pound the staff is not helpful and just seems rushed in the first video call like just wants to get done with the call so they can make there money and get on to making more would never tell someone to go here

Very poor customer service

They have repeatedly ignored their own survey questions asking if I want to increase dosage. Which every time is say I do not. They still increase it, every time I have to fight through poor customer service and unacceptable response times to get them to reduce it back. I am still waiting for them to reduce more than a week later at this point. Worst customer service experience I have ever had, I have started researching competitors to switch to.

Deceptive advertising

I jump through the hoops and completed all the information and asked for a price for Ozempic and I was charged $330 for three month supply. As it turns out That is just some type of bizarre membership fee and doesn’t Cover the cost of the medication which is totally deceptive advertising. They refunded my money but they also did keep approximately $40 for some type of processing fee. If they rip off every American for $40 it is a fortune.

Bait & Switch

This company is a bait and switch company and is not follow through with what your promises. They are slow the prescription and then when you reach a certain weight they cut you off. They do not continue the prescriptions to maintain, which is essentially false advertising on their behalf the doctors are not they tell you or how they treat you so I would save my money and go to another company or go through your Personal Dr

Very disappointed on not fulfilling a prescription issued

Slow walking when it comes to getting your medication. Reached out to get my prescription that was send to cvs but never received and they’re saying you need to subscribe again for a new plan. Which is absurd . I already paid for my subscription and never received my meds because they send it to the wrong pharmacy and they’re not willing to follow with the pharmacy to resolve the issue. I don’t recommend the service.

Difficult to work with

It is not easy to get ahold of people when you need a refill along with getting mixed advice on how and when to request a refill. The first doctor I spoke to was rude and didn't appear as though she cared along with being condescending. The app is also terrible and has given me nothing but problems. If I didn't feel stuck I would absolutely try a different company and likely will in the future.

DO NOT ORDER FROM LIFEMD

If you order online they automatically enroll you in a subscription. They charge your credit card without consent and refuse to refund. They make it nearly impossible to cancel and offer no solutions. They claim the only way to not join a subscription plan is to order by phone. Extremely predatory and underhanded business practices. They deserve the class action law suit coming their way.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

The customer service and communication is awful! I have been lied to several times. You never know when you'll receive the medication or when your physician will order it or what day of the month your account will be charged!! When you call to complain they lie and give false promises. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!

ScamMD

Scam!!!! I called to get a refund because I never used their services and they couldn’t give me one because technically I had access to services even though I didn’t use it 🤬 if something is too good to be true… it is!! Their customer service is the worst!! And they take your money as soon as you sign up

I don't know how this place is in business all I've been texted back since I paid my $199 is intakes 10 to 14 business days to process you're script not including weekend's or holidays and when shipped we will provide you with a tracking number no other messages always the same it's a joke.

What a scam

What a scam. After 6 months you get hit with a 1000 bill taken off your credit card. There was no warning in the renewal of the membership they just take 6 months at 774. Plus the normal amount for the membership. I am trying to get the renewal cancelled and the money returned.

This company is nothing but a bunch of thieves

I bought by mistake I order of sleeping pills, not even 5 minutes later wasn’t able to cancel order, so to avoid a whole lot of anxiety I made them delivered it they cost me $ 135 for absolute garbage, stay away from this company they will sell you garbage for a lot of money

Misleading

I didn’t complete my order with this company, but they shipped it anyway. I tried several times to cancel the order, with no luck. I called again today and was told that they could not cancel the order and would not accept a return. I told them I would dispute the charge

Overcharged and never Refunded

After my membership was complete they randomly debited my account months later $387 for a membership fee. Would not reimburse me. Had to claim fraud on my account. The company claims they have reimbursed me but I have yet to see the refund.

Do not recommend

I spend $290 for help with weight loss. I got a 10 min consultation and that was it! I received no help in getting the medication. When I set messages it was hard to get answers and help. So I am out $290

Not good

I had a visit with NP Rebecca Smith Mingus, and I can honestly say it was the worst visit with a provider I’ve ever had. Very rude & lied about receiving images I sent. Ended up getting a refund.

Sleep aid SUCKS!!

Bought sleep aid followed instructions and get 3 hours of sleep at best. DONT DO IT. SCAM PRODUCT WASTING OF GOOD MONEY. CANT CANCEL CANT GET CREDIT. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

This company does not provide helpful products or service they are good at deceiving you into Thinking their product will help you. Their prices are way high.

100% never received the goods or services offered. I paid over 700 upfront and never received anything and can never get ahold of anyone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
