To nobody's surprise, I'm incredibly disappointed. I placed my order on May 21, and as of today, October 12, I still haven't received the lenses or the glasses that I bought separately. Let's take a look at the timeline here – check when I ordered the lenses, when you received them, and when they were initially shipped.
I'll admit that my travel schedule caused a delay in getting the professional measurements you requested, so part of that timing is on me. However, a month ago, I returned the glasses and frames. Over two weeks went by before I had to reach out for an update on September 18. It took four days for Lensabl to even locate my order, and then another week passed before I got an update that it would take an additional 4-5 days.
So, how much time has elapsed between the first order and the redo, or when you combine both? Is this kind of delay standard for all orders at Lensabl?
