You know, dealing with Imran and his team was pretty smooth. These guys are really on top of things, responding super fast to my queries. But I gotta admit, their website's a bit of a headache. Trying to figure out the correct pricing for translations and notarizations was a mess. It would be awesome if they could fix that so it shows the right costs, and maybe streamline the upload process for documents. Right now, it feels like I'm playing a guessing game. But aside from the website hiccups, the service itself was great. Imran and his crew really know their stuff and handled everything efficiently. Just wish the online part matched their in-person efficiency.

The service was quick but I had to fix the translations myself cuz some stuff was wrong. Also, I don't get why I gotta pay to get the copies sent. Should be included.

My thoughts on LANGUEX? Well, they did a really good job. The translation they did was detailed, and they obviously put in some extra effort by doing more research. They correctly recognized that the picture was made by a Korean artist, even though the characters attached were Chinese. Their extra research blended the two languages and cultures nicely, making my drawing more meaningful.

Beware of FRAUD!!! Do not trust!

Beware of FRAUD!!! Do not trust! The service is awful! Despite their website indicating that 1 page includes 250 words, they charged me for 2 extra pages for only a couple of words!!! When I requested my order to be canceled, they did cancel it, but unfortunately, they never returned my money, even though they assured me that I should receive a refund in 2-3 business days.
