Lee promptly conducted a survey within a day of my request and scheduled a replacement for the following day. He assisted me in selecting a cost-effective boiler, which was a beneficial cost-saving. L & P Engineers Paul and Andrew arrived at around 7:30 and completed the installation by 12:00. They exhibited politeness and professionalism throughout the process. Post-installation, they left my flat impeccably clean, almost as if they hadn't been there, and provided a comprehensive walkthrough on operating the new boiler and controls.

Their after-service was perfect, getting all the safety paperwork done fast, and fixing any small issues super quick.

Paul and Luke, who handled the installation, were punctual and pleasant to have around. They worked efficiently and effectively, getting the job done in no time. After they finished, they cleaned up thoroughly, leaving no mess behind. Overall, I had a good experience with L & P, and I would recommend them to others without hesitation.

Got here right when they said, actually 5 minutes ahead. They quickly put down plastic to protect the carpet, stairs, and landing. I was comfortable enough to leave and do some errands. When I came back, I was surprised to see they were almost done. Made sure everything was working fine and cleaned up, even swept the walkway. Took about half a day. I did get another quote which said it might take a full day or more. VERY SATISFIED
