The company was alright. Ordering stuff was simple enough, and the person on the phone was nice and answered my questions. The only problem I had was with the delivery folks. They dumped the whole pallet of stuff into a snowbank in my driveway without giving a heads-up. I get that I'm supposed to check everything when it arrives, but it's kinda tough when they don't let you know they're coming. Luckily, nothing got stolen or frozen before I got home.

The problem was only solved when I called customer service. Then, they messed up the recipient's name on my package, causing more trouble. However, customer service was quick to help with the payment problem.

I recently placed an order for towels through Joe, and to my disbelief, they not only imposed a reasonable $14 charge but also slapped me with an exorbitant $120 shipping fee. Yes, you read that correctly – a whopping $120 just for shipping! It's beyond comprehension and left me exclaiming, "Oh gosh." Beware of this company's questionable tactics that seem to make a mockery out of unsuspecting customers.
