I recently tried Keepgo for the first time. After selecting my e-sim provider, I went to pay for the new e-sim. Noticing the word "refill" instead of "new" on my payment page, I quickly canceled and contacted Keepgo support. Despite speaking to three different agents, they doubted my claim. I sent them screenshots, and after a few emails, the third agent admitted it was probably a typo. With Keepgo’s support, I went ahead with the purchase even though the confirmation showed "refill." I received the QR code to activate my e-sim on my iPhone SE. Big thanks to their helpful support team, especially Ndifreke A. for being so patient with my details.
