I’m a seasoned content creator, and this app should get more notice. It’s quite user-friendly but needs some research. The AI video help is useful, but the stock footage selection could be better. Still, it makes tasks easier and helps creators work faster.

There's a limit on video uploads, even though I thought that was just for the free version. I tried using Xmedia to fix it, but it's a hassle. Now, my videos are all messed up with missing audio and video. Closing and reopening the program used to help, but not anymore. I'm wasting so much time now, and I already spent $192. It's frustrating that I haven't heard back from the helpdesk either. Overall, it's been a disappointing experience.

However, after I paid for a year's subscription, things took a turn. I hit a roadblock with the 6 GB upload limit, which I thought was only for free users. Despite trying to work around it with Xmedia, I found myself facing a new set of issues. My videos ended up all messed up – missing audio here, missing video there. I used to be able to fix this by restarting the program, but not anymore. It's become such a time sink that all the enjoyment and efficiency I initially found are gone. And to add insult to injury, I've shelled out $192 for this. It's disappointing, especially since I haven't heard back from customer support after 24 hours. I'll keep you updated if things change, but for now, it's not looking good.
