The company consistently serves

The company consistently serves fresh food that's enjoyable. It's a place we like. The employees seem well-trained and engaged in their work. One thing they could do better is to clean the tables faster after customers leave. It's a small issue, but it's something to work on, although it doesn't stop us from coming back.

I adore Jimmy John’s!!! I don't mind the owner being a big game hunter 'cause it's his money and his choice. 🙂 What bugs me is the darn UPDATE button when ordering online. An auto update after customizing the sandwich would be real nice. Forget to hit update, the sandwich comes As Is and it’s seriously frustrating.

Sandwiches used to be good! I'm in Florida and it looks like some people here, don't understand. Can you just make the sandwich, like I want? Seems hard to do.

I never tried it here but my fiance likes it. I phoned for delivery, David was rude and had no manners. When kindly talked to, he ignored, because rude people don't like correction. Then they brought food and texted, saying I'm outside. They didn't take food inside or make sure it was delivered right. My fiance had to call while working to find his order, easily deliverable. Many places to spend money, why be disrespected or annoyed? Respect and kindness matter. If you don't like your job, leave. Don't mess with people's food. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Never spending there again. This is Jimmy John's on Victory Park, clear.

I used to order from our Scottsbluff

I used to order from our Scottsbluff, NE store at least once every other week. Like their sandwiches but the service has gotten so bad I will not order delivery from there ever again. Took 2 hours for my sandwich to arrive even though they marked it as delivered after about 45 minutes. Took 3 calls to get through and their big fix for losing my order was we will make a fresh sandwich. We even tried using door dash to alleviate delivery issues but the jimmy johns employees still bring the order and all it does is cost more for the same horrible service.

Their #5 sandwich was a letdown

Their #5 sandwich was a letdown with cheap bread and stingy ingredients. Tasted like a gas station sandwich. Won't order from Dixon, Illinois store again.
