Been using Inspire website since 2010 for medical info. Depended on it for tests and prognosis insights from others. Was unsure about the iPad app but it's good. Many apps make iPad users struggle but not this one. Works well and discussions are easy to follow.

This company has changed a lot since I joined

This company has changed a lot since I joined, and it's for the better. There’s a lot of room for development, and management is ready to make tough choices to achieve that. There are some genuinely skilled and bright individuals, especially among the leaders. The organization is pretty straightforward with little internal politics. If you're proactive and determined, you can truly influence the company. Cons As with any smaller company, there are limited opportunities for advancement. There are some issues with growth -- HR and IT resources could be improved.

The people are a real joy to work with

Getting Inspire running smoothly was no easy task; I had to invest a lot of time to get field service in line with profit goals. I also had to revamp the remanufacturing processes for incoming and outgoing to better support customers using the medical gear.

I initially didn't have high hopes for this app, and unfortunately, my experience has only worsened

I initially didn't have high hopes for this app, and unfortunately, my experience has only worsened. The app requires daily sign-ins to rate your sleep, which is quite a tedious process. Occasionally, there are a few weeks where daily sign-ins aren't necessary, but uploading data can still take 3 to 5 minutes, which feels excessive, especially since it demands Bluetooth to be on constantly. There are brief periods where data uploads quickly, within seconds, which is great, but these are short-lived. After about a week, the slow cycle starts all over again. This inconsistency in performance is frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this app based on my experience.
