The entire process, from the initial setup to the conclusion, was excellent. Setting up the event was straightforward, and the representative was highly responsive. The massage therapist arrived punctually, was delightful, and delivered exceptional service. I am certainly planning to book another event for our group in the future.

Infinite Massage booked right away
Infinite Massage booked right away for our school's wellness event!! They were professional, comfortable, and the ambiance was just amazing! If anything I may say... 10 minutes was simply not enough time. They had our staff relaxed, recharged, and reset!

Both therapists late to 2 separate locations
Booked a corporate massage event for two of our locations and the therapists were late to both locations. One therapist did not even bother calling and I had to call their business line twice to get the person there. One of our staff came in specifically for the massage and was taking the rest of the day off. That person did not even get her massage. I reached out to them and they gave me $25 off - seriously? $25? For two events you screwed up on? I will not be using them again.
