This company solde me a FAKE hair wig, advertising it as a real hair lace front wig. The wig I recieved was NOT real hair and NOT constructed with a lace front. The wig I recieved looked nothing like the one I ordered. I chose to order from them because of their refund policy and because of their claim of real hair wigs. They do not comply with their own return policy (which promises a full refund within 15 days, for any reason). After a month of back and forth emails they just went silent. FRAUDULENT!!! STAY AWAY!!!

The color was a far cry from what was advertised, and the supposedly 'petite' size turned out to be too large. Shockingly, they refuse returns or refunds, a clear violation of UK consumer rights. It's appalling how they exploit vulnerable customers facing hair loss and chemotherapy. Regrettably, I'm forced to give them a minimum 1 star; they truly deserve none.

PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH HOWIGS!!
