The pockets in the pants are not deep enough

The pockets in the pants are not deep enough to hold my phone. My hands barely fit in them unless I push them up. The jeans are comfortable, but as a guy, I need pockets that work, not just look good. I believe they should address this issue. I'm taking them to a tailor to get the pockets fixed so they’re more practical for me.

Returned coat to Victoria Square, Belfast. Daughter bought it. Lining was coming off. Met Terry, who said he's manager. He wouldn't swap coat, said it's worn. Said buy another if not happy. His hands were dirty, nails too. Lifted coat with dirty hands, told him stop. Leaving, he shouted to wash my mouth. Went elsewhere, got credit note, no coat in size. Awful experience, won't shop there again.

The quality seems to be getting worse. There’s hardly enough time to share a review on the site and alert others about the bad quality of the items. This indicates that most reviews appear shortly after the items are bought and look fine. I got muslin bedding lately, it wasn’t very cheap, but after a few washes, it feels rough and threads are coming out.

H&M takes 3-5 days for orders

H&M takes 3-5 days for orders, but never delivers on time. Next day delivery is pointless; they don't deliver on time. They don't inform you when they miss the deadline. H&M needs to change their delivery promise to 7-10 days.

I paid for a product I never got

I paid for a product I never got (it’s happened to me a few times). I reached out to customer support and was told they won’t refund me because it’s not the first time this happened. They’re punishing me for their warehouse’s mistake!! I paid for the product and H&M took my money and won’t return it. I’ve spent a lot here this year, but I won’t let them take even one more cent from me!! Watch out!!

H&M used to be my favorite store, but now I can't find home delivery or even pick up in-store through the app. It's gone downhill. I won't be a loyal customer anymore.
