HelloFresh is a great service. We've been using it for a while now. We get 3 meal kits a week for 2 people. The ingredients are good, especially the meats. The meal size is perfect for us. I like making the sauces and seasonings with the kits. I've learned a lot about flavoring food with HelloFresh recipes.

While the delivery service faced challenges due to snow and ice, Hello Fresh's responsiveness, especially through Ana's assistance, turned the situation around positively. Although I didn't have the ingredients to cook that week, the customer service experience left a favorable impression.

Forgot to pick my order, got pork

Forgot to pick my order, got pork in my food. Being a Muslim, I don't eat pork. I canceled my subscription, no refund needed. Contacted HelloFresh on Thursday to stop the box, suggested donating to a food bank. No action taken. Sunday, delivery on its way, called, but too late. Shocking that the company isn't connected to any food bank. Awful customer experience. Won't use HelloFresh again or suggest to others.
