I've had the helix sunset for 3 months and I'm really happy with it. I took the sleep quiz and got the suggested model. After suffering from hip and shoulder pain for years, I had my first pain-free night on the Helix and still do. At first, the mattress was a bit firmer than expected, so they sent me a free mattress toper, which adds just the right amount of "squish" for a perfect night's sleep. If you want to reach customer service, it's nearly impossible by phone. The best way is through their online chat. I highly suggest this mattress and the company that makes them in the USA!

The Helix Sunset mattress has been my choice for 3 months now and I'm really pleased with it. I did their sleep quiz and got the one they suggested. After years of pain in my hips and shoulders, I finally slept without any pain on my Helix. The mattress was a bit harder than I expected at first, but they sent me a free mattress topper that added just the right amount of "squish" for a perfect night's sleep. If you need to reach customer service, calling is nearly impossible, but their online chat works well. I recommend this mattress and the company that makes them in the USA!

I ordered a Birch queen mattress and topper in Nov.

I ordered a Birch queen mattress and topper in Nov. The delivery was on time (though the topper packaging could have been better). Over a month later, I realized that they had sent me a cal king topper instead of the queen I ordered (I had to get help to move the mattress upstairs). I reached out to them, and they said they would send the correct topper in 5-10 business days and arrange a pickup for the cal king topper. 20 days later, the topper is still “being processed,” and I’ve sent 4 emails and 3 tweets asking for an update with no reply. Meanwhile, the box is still taking up space in my living room, and the mattress isn’t very comfortable without the topper. I wouldn't recommend this company, as there are plenty of other mattress-in-a-box brands out there.

I got a Helix Plus bed and added the 10

I got a Helix Plus bed and added the 10 year warantee after a rep said I'm covered for any problems. The bed broke in a year. Moving it made the foam sink to the bottom, so I had to unzip and fix it. The outer springs separated from the inner ones. They said my warranty's void 'cause I unzipped it, but there were no warnings when I bought it. No labels either. Customer service was rude and unhelpful.

I faced problems with the mattress, and the customer service from Helix was not good at all. The product is just fine, but I feel I spent too much on it. It might be better to explore other choices. After you order from Helix, they seem to disapear and don’t assist you anymore.

After 9 months of using this, the foam

After 9 months of using this, the foam is falling apart and I sink in a lot. I contacted them and they said they’ll replace it if it sags without weight on it. That seems silly. The mattress I had before from Walmart for $400 was way better quality.
