I'd like to share my thoughts about Heirloom Roses. The flowers were beautiful initially, but unfortunately, it didn't last long and left us quite sad. We're unsure what went wrong. Maybe we'll try growing them again someday, and if we do, we'll buy from Heirloom Roses again.

While the online shopping and shipping aspects were commendable, the requirement to select a shipping date almost a week in advance felt somewhat restrictive. The plants arrived well-wrapped, and the stems appeared healthy, but they were at such an early stage that their true beauty couldn't be appreciated. This leaves me uncertain about how to rate the overall experience beyond the ordering and shipping process. Although there's room for improvement in terms of faster delivery and perhaps offering more mature plants, the healthy condition of the stems upon arrival does provide some reassurance.

Got the roses nicely packed with clear instructions. They are growing well and, to my surprise, one bloomed today after about a month since planting. The bloom is small and not fragrant, but it is lovely. I think as it grows, the blooms might get bigger and more fragrant, but even if not, its beuty makes up for it.

Spent a hefty $340.00 on rose bushes, diligently adhered to planting and care guidelines, yet every single one met an untimely demise. Dialed in about the warranty, and to my dismay, they flat out refused to honor it or entertain the idea of a partial refund. Customer service was a downright disaster!!!
