I bought a pair of "premium" glasses from Glasses USA. Shortly after, the glasses broke because of a faulty earpiece. I called customer service and they promised to give me a credit for a new pair. After three different text conversations, I finally spoke to one person, but all three of them said they would help but didn't. I've got all this on paper. This is the worst customer service I have ever faced. I've never left a bad review before, but this company never does what they promise. Their service is awful. I've always used EyeBuyDirect and bought 11 pairs from them, so I wanted to try something new. Don't count on Glasses USA to follow through. I talked to three reps, heard three different stories, and was lied to each time. Glasses USA is very unprofessional and doesn't stick to their own policies, at least their customer service doesn’t. The glasses were ordered over a month ago and still haven't arrived.
