Despite providing the correct address, the company claimed it was the wrong one. I was at home the entire day, yet I couldn't reach UPS through phone or chat. It's frustrating that the company insists on using a subpar freight company and is demanding additional payment to resend the packet. This experience has left me disappointed and questioning their choice of logistics partner.
