We hired Bellhop for a big out-of-state move

We hired Bellhop for a big out-of-state move. The communication throughout the sales, packing, and delivery was quite good. The truck arrived exactly when it was supposed to, which was very important to us. The teams were punctual, professional, and took great care of our belongings. We paid extra for a dedicated truck with a set pickup and delivery date. I strongly suggest this company. It’s on the expensive side, but if you want a solid job done, this is a good choice. There are no hidden fees, and you get a dashboard showing the crew's names. I really liked the transparancy.

We had three amazing movers

Michael, Rod, and Javier. They showed up RIGHT on time and kept working non-stop. The way they packed everything into the unit was incredible—I thought there was no way it would all fit, but Michael made it happen with space left over. I really don't want to move again, but if we have to, BellHop will be our choice (and hopefully Michael, Javier, and Rod)!!!

I luv the process an' the accessibilty to book everything, prices cud be better but still, so much better than most places an' movers were very professional. Definately would use bellhop again.

The moving guys worked hard

The moving guys worked hard and were nice. They didn't waste time and were organized. They took apart and put back together furniture at each place, which was a great extra.

The team lead arrived

The team lead arrived an hour late, but the rest of the crew stepped up and worked cohesively. They put in a great effort to fit everything into two pods, and overall, they did a commendable job.

My experience with the moving

My experience with the moving company was quite unpleasant. We hired two movers, but it was evident that the job required four. One of the movers consistently emphasized the need for additional help and displayed a negative attitude, clearly dissatisfied with the limited manpower. This resulted in the process taking much longer than anticipated. To add to the frustration, we are yet to receive our container, and I fear that the delay and handling issues during the move may have caused damage to our belongings. My overall sentiment towards your company is one of significant disappointment.
