I recently started shopping on the Gem Shopping Network. At first, I was unsure about shopping through TV, but I must say my experience with this company has been great. My item arrived exactly when FedEx said it would. Also, I was updated on the progress of my delivery the whole time. The prices for the jewelry are much better than what you'd pay in stores, and the quality is really good! I’m really happy with my experience with this company and will keep shopping at Gem Shopping Network in the future.

I have bought lots of things.

I have bought lots of things. Around 1/4 of the time (maybe a bit less) I’m not happy with what I get, usually because of size or style. If I follow their rules, they let me return items and I almost always pick something better than my first choice. I like being able to change my order. I have better style than I think I do. They offer nice choices but I do prefer some sellers more. I also like the tips and info they share from time to time.

Shopping here has never

Shopping here has never disappointed me. As I prefer doing everything online due to limited phone time, the chat feature proves to be just as responsive as being on the phone. Recently, I utilized the chat to have two pieces pulled from the turntable, and I was able to negotiate a fabulous deal for both! Every item I've ordered has been spectacular, and the customer service is truly second to none.

Upon receiving the GSN email

Upon receiving the GSN email, I perused the gifts priced at $500 and less. To my surprise, I found ruby stud earrings priced much lower than expected. Despite initial hesitation, I noticed they were Cirari, prompting me to make the purchase. I'm delighted to share that they turned out to be beautiful! Thank you.

There was a small delay with shipping on one order, but customer service quickly handled the issue. Other calls about ordering online were also explained well. I would highly recommend community tax!

So, the thing I bought got taken while it was on its way to me, so I haven't got it yet. It's kinda hard to feel good about my time dealing with them when it's been so bad. But I gotta stress, it's not Gem Shopping's fault at all!!

I appreciate the quality of the merchandise

I appreciate the quality of the merchandise; however, I am disappointed with the delivery process. I placed an order for a bracelet on September 30, and it took two weeks to arrive, missing my 50th wedding anniversary by a full week. While my credit card was charged on the day of the order, the delayed delivery was disappointing.

I just don't get why Kurt talks so much.

I just don't get why Kurt talks so much. He could show more items if he didn't have this constant urge to speak. I end up changing the channel when he's on. I came to see jewelry, not hear him. Even when you mute, he still takes up a lot of time talking on camera.
