I had a terrible experience with Gemini. They demanded full payment upfront, and the customer service deteriorated thereafter. Our sink had to be replaced due to a fault, and they insisted on charging £180 for re-templating, making it our third re-templating (the first due to a delayed cooker delivery, which was beyond our control). The cost escalated from the original quote of £3200 to over £4000.
They provided an installation date 10 days after the final templating, which we couldn't accommodate. The next available date was another week later. On the scheduled delivery day, they texted me at 8:30 in the morning to inform me they couldn't deliver and would get in touch soon with another date. After contacting customer services, they revealed they don't know when they can redeliver and promised to get back to me, hopefully by the close of business today, with a new date.
I would not use Gemini again. No reputable company should demand full payment before the customer has seen the product. If I could go back, I certainly would not choose Gemini again.
