The Always Pan is really good for cooking and cleaning, and I like that the accessories I bought fit well with it. My only issue is that I can't hang it on my pot rack! As someone with many years of cooking experience, I have a lot of pots and pans. This one works better than most, but I still love my cast iron. I don't have much storage space besides the pot rack, so I hope someone has ideas for that!

I reached out to the company with photos and they did offer a replacement, but I asked if I could get a discount instead because as a single mum with a child, I couldn’t be without cookware. Usually, cosmetic faults get at least 15% off for good quality items. They only gave me 10%. I also asked if they could give me a coupon to use in their store as a compromise, but they refused. With the shipping cost and everything else for a return, I don’t understand why they stuck to their position, and it feels like they knew I was stuck and couldn’t return it (since I told them) and they just wouldn’t budge. Not the best customer service...

While I still appreciate the overall quality of their products, such critical information should be transparent to prevent customer dissatisfaction and inconvenience.
