Recently ordered an engraved pocket watch for my boyfriend. Ordered on Sunday evening. Received confirmation of my order. Reviewed copy of engraved watch and realized I had left out a letter in his name. I immediately emailed customer service of my mistake. The next day, Monday, they responded to my email and notified their warehouse of my mistake and asked them to make the correction. Watch was shipped and i received it on Thursday. His name was corrected. Engraving was perfect and the watch was beautiful. Looked even better than it looked online. I can't thank them enough for their quick action in correcting my mistake. Also included in the package was a thank you card and a gift for me: a pair CB earings.
