Despite a couple of hiccups with the delivery of our fire/water pot feature, their team was quick to respond and resolve the issues effectively. They kept their promises and even followed up with us. I spoke with Matt. He helped me avoid a big mistake, since I was about to get the wrong size for my gas supply line. Once I fixed that, Matt walked me through the order process, made sure I got the right product, and it arrived the very next day. Great service!
